It was quite an emotional weekend for Marvin as it was the last ever game at Highbury, the home of Arsenal Football Club.

Marvin holds the honour of being the first Premier League resident magician. For the past thirteen years he has entertained literally thousands of people as part of the Highbury match day experience for the VIP’s and Sponsors.

Marvin said “I have been a lifelong fan so it has been an honour and a privilege to be associated with the fine traditions of this wonderful club.
I have made many close friends from directors, players and staff and am looking forward to a new era at the new stadium.

I enjoyed mixing and mingling with fans in the Mezzanine in the South Stand, performing close-up magic for over ten years. For the past two seasons I have performed a 25 minute stand up spot in the grand historic art deco inspired West Stand, in the Red Room.

For the record my final trick at Highbury was to place a signed card amongst a shuffled pack secured with rubber bands. I tossed the deck towards the ceiling, the pack came down but the signed selection mysteriously appeared high above on the ceiling! It will remain there until the stadium is converted into luxury apartments.
