The Marvin’s Magic competition to suggest new Product ideas captured the imagination of many of our Club Members and fans. The prize was to see your idea become a reality and be part of our range. It also comes with a cash reward and chance to work alongside our in house design team.

It was decided to split the competitors into two age ranges. The under 12’s and 12 and over.

A special mention to Kathryn Bowers, Simon Wright , Shannon McGrath, Jonathan Holbrook, Jeremy Smith and George Moreton who all submitted good ideas.

We have selected four runner ups who all will receive our brand new  Mind Blowing Themed sets. They are Nicholas Day aged 16 who suggested Mind Reading magic , Levitation and Rope Magic kits; P.J. Pilcher also aged 16 who suggested Freaky Cartoon Illusions and Clown Magic kits; Joel Bent aged 13 suggested Quick Change ideas and 11 year old Jack Volger also suggested a Levitation kit. Mind Reading and Levitation were a popular theme with many entrants and it they will already feature amongst our tricks next year.

Our overall winner was Sam Slater from London who suggested an innovative set which we coincidentally had been developing this year. Well done Sam either you are a Mind Reader or great minds think alike! The idea has an embargo and remains under wraps until it is launched to the trade next year. Look out for details.
