With the release of the final Harry Potter movie, Harry Potter and the deathly Hallows:Part 2, The Independent on Sunday ran a double page spread showing the effects of Pottermania since JK Rowlings first book in 1997.

Marvin’s Magic was mentioned several times with retailers reporting rising sales . John Lewis reported Marvin’s Magic sales had risen 54% the past week.

Marvin himself was interviewed and reported record sales and a great deal of interest as well as an 18% rise in girls joining the 100,000 members of the Marvin’s Magic Club partly due to the popularity of Harry Potter.
