Marvin was a special guest at a Willow function to commemorate the historic victory by Arsenal to clinch their first European trophy – the Inter Cities Fairs Cup in 1970.
It included many of the original team who were Marvin’s school boy heroes – several who have since become firm friends. These include Bob Wilson, John Radford, Frank McLintock,Eddie Kelly and George Graham.
The night was hosted by Willow founders Bob and Megs Wilson. Broadcaster Hardeep Singh was the nights MC and Bobby Davro did a great job at the auction which raised over £41,000.
During a recent visit to Dubai the Marvin’s Magic team were spotted working their magic in the beautiful new mall situated beneath the tallest building in the world.

Last week during a whirlwind visit to New York , Marvin joined up with some of his magic friends for Monday Night Magic at the Bleaker St Theatre in Greenwhich Village.
The packed house included rock legend Mick Jagger.
Marvin expressed thanks to his host Michael Chaut who is the show’s producer.

World famous toy store Hamleys of Regent Street celebrated their 250th year anniversary this month.
Marvin’s Magic have run the magic department in the store since 1987….and today they seem synonymous with each other.
There was a star studded party to celebrate attended by 700 lucky prize winners and a galaxy of stars and celebrities from stage and screen and sport.
Marvin himself was there to entertain at the VIP event along with a host of some of his best demonstrators from over the years. Marvin personally performed in the VIP area to numerous celebrities including new England captain Rio Ferdinand, Frank Lampard, Gary Barlowe, Ulrike Johnson, Sophie Ellis Baxter, Gail Porter, Laurence Llewellyn Bowen and X Factor’s Stacey Sloomons.
Says Marvin ” We have always enjoyed a close association with Hamleys who gave us our first break 30 years ago. I am delighted that our magic is still consistently amongst their best selling products and we were delighted to receive the inaugural Hamleys Supplier of the Year. It was an honour to be part of their celebrations and help add an extra sprinkling to what was a really magical night!. “
