It’s been well documented that Marvin Berglas has been a lifelong Arsenal fan. He was the first Premier League resident magician entertaining the VIPS at Box and Club Level for pre match hospitality at Arsenal FC. He played for 16 seasons in the Arsenal Ex Pro Celebrity XI and was featured in the Arsenal Opus book which was part of the timecapsule momentoes.

This season  Arsenal celebrate their 125th Anniversary and the podium around Emirates Stadium has been adourned with  sixty special commemorative banners celebrating past players, celebrity supporters and loyal sevants of the Club.

Marvin was thrilled to be chosen to be included amongst them. His one is situated near to the new Thierry Henry statue and was unveiled in time for their special celebration match v Everton on the weekend. It will be up until the end of the season in May 2012.

Marvin Berglas is in constant demand at VIP events. He has entertained Sporting Legends, Pop Stars, Presidents and Royalty. Just last week he was on hand at an event at the Savoy with Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg , Cherie Blair, plus many Lords and Ladies . Former speaker of the House of Commons Betty Boothroyd was also impressed with Marvin’s Magic…so much so that to ensure everyones maximum attention she called out her famous words…”Order, Order!!”.

Marvin made a whirlwind trip to Dubai for a special appearance and product signing within Hamleys impressive store in the Dubai Mall. An enthusiastic crowd gathered in anticipation of Marvin’s visit and he did not disappoint performing some spell binding magic before signing autographs. Marvin said ” I was totally blown away by the opulence and scale of things at the Dubai Mall, which is right by Berj Khalifa – the tallest building in the world. The set up and staff at Hamleys in Dubai are first class and they and the hundreds that visited made me feel very honored and proud to attend. I look forward to being invited back in the future!”

Marvin Berglas was on hand again at a top London night spot last week to entertain the world famous Barbarians Rugby team on their first night in London ahead of their showdown with Australia at Twickenham.
The team, comprising invited word class players from New Zealand, England, South Africa, Ireland, Scotland, France, Italy, Fiji and Argentina enjoyed some magical entertainment live and close – up.
Marvin first had dinner with coach Graham Henry and assistant coach Steve Hansen who guided New Zealand to the 2011 RWC triumph before impressing the players.
They included Danny Cipriani, Bryan Habana and new boy Sam Tomkins who is a rugby league player. The players were tweeting about how much thay all enjoyed the magic!
Marvin was special guest in the Royal Box and got presented a signed Barbarians shirt. Unfortunately an impressive Australian side took the honours on the day.

Marvin was  again chosen to especially entertain the  legendary Barbarians Rugby Squad at an intimate top West End restaurant ahead of their showdown with England at Twickenham on sunday.

This is the fourth successive Barbarians squad Marvin has entertained .

 Says Marvin ” I have the  dream job on occassions like tonight where I am treated to  a great dinner , chatting to some of the top sports stars from all over the world and then gaining their applause and acclaim with my magic…The Barbarians and Arsenal in one week…it doesn’t get much better!”
