I have a faulty item, what do I do?

If by unfortunate chance you have managed to receive a faulty item, contact our Customer Service Team and they will be happy to help you. You can get in touch via email at magic@marvinsmagic.co.uk or call us on 01442 957892.

How do I return an item?

Please ensure that you state your name, order number, and reason for wanting to return.

Customs & Import Fees

All orders to a European destination are subject to import duty fees.

If you do not wish to pay customs duty fees, you can choose to refuse the package upon delivery which will then be returned back to us, a shipping & a handling fee will be deducted from your refund, which is usually the shipping cost we get charged by the courier company.
